Complete the Loop IQ coverage template offline and upload it to Loop IQ each month. Days are pre-populated from your upload, so you review and confirm them rather than entering them individually. Available on the free plan.

Automated
Integrate your workforce management system with Loop IQ to sync attendance data nightly. Each day is pre-populated as RN present or RN absent, and you confirm the records and provide a justification for any absences. Available on paid plans.

Why connect your workforce system?

Connecting your workforce system to Loop IQ means reviewing each month's coverage rather than entering it. Removing manual transcription reduces the risk of errors in a legally declared return. Coverage gaps are also flagged as they occur during the month, not at month end, giving you time to investigate and resolve them before you submit.
