Day statuses explained

The calendar uses four day statuses. To view them on screen, click Show legend on the Details step.

RN present
An RN was on site and on duty for the entire day.

RN absent
There was at least one period of 30 minutes or more without an RN on site, and all absence details have been provided.

Not recorded
No status has been assigned. Unrecorded days are excluded from the coverage calculation rather than counted as zero, so they do not lower your coverage percentage. However, the month cannot be submitted while any operational day remains unrecorded.

Further details required
The day has been marked as absent, but the four absence questions have not all been answered. Open the day to complete them.
